About Me

Background & Experience

With over a decade of coaching experience and practice as a Fascial Stretch Therapist since 2012, I help clients build durable strength, resolve chronic pain, and optimize movement. By combining hands-on manual therapy with high-level strength and conditioning, I bridge the gap between injury rehabilitation, longevity, and peak performance.

Training Philosophy

Sustainable progress starts with movement quality. My coaching centers on mastering fundamental movement patterns—squat, hinge, push, pull, lunge, and carry—with technical precision. Every program features strategic exercise selection tailored to your specific biomechanics, ensuring you build real-world capacity without breaking down your joints.

Strength, Balance & Longevity

Maintaining muscle mass, joint mobility, and balance is the single greatest investment you can make in your long-term independence. As we age, natural declines in strength and stability increase the risk of injury and restrict daily freedom. Targeted resistance training combined with fascial mobility restores balance, reinforces bone density, and ensures you stay active, capable, and confident for decades to come.

Who I Work With

• Older Adults & Longevity Seekers: Developing vital balance, functional strength, and joint freedom to maintain active independence and prevent falls.

• Desk-Bound Professionals: Reversing chronic stiffness, poor posture, and persistent aches caused by prolonged sitting.

• Athletes & Martial Artists: Expanding usable range of motion, power output, and physical durability.

• Lifters & Active Adults: Building long-term strength and muscle through intelligent, joint-friendly programming.

• Post-Rehab Clients: Bridging the transition from clinical therapy back into confident, loaded training.

A Fitness Myth I Challenge

High complexity does not mean high return. Highly technical, explosive Olympic lifts (like snatches and cleans) are frequently prescribed where they don't belong. For most adults, the risk-to-reward ratio simply doesn't justify the spinal and joint stress. The most effective training prioritizes high-ROI movements that build resilient, lifelong strength safely and efficiently.
